In my opinion, Corinne is a genious. She does a thorough evaluation of the problem causing pain and customizes a treatment plan with personally designed exercises designed for the patient's unique needs. Simply the best!  I am a musician and came in with hand numbness which is scary because that’s my livelihood. They have helped so much.  High quality care and they don’t just throw you on a treadmill and hope for the best. Ever session contains hands on deep tissue massage that actually works. They will also address other pain than what you came in for if needed. I can say my posture is better and I feel better! This is absolutely the best PT place in Hillsborough and I have been to quite a few in the 11 years I have lived here.  The owner has created a very friendly, family-like atmosphere filled with very caring people that are focused on not only getting you better but teaching you how to not hurt yourself going forward. I've used Perfect Formation for 4 different issues over the years. They consistently provide high-quality, highly-professional therapy -- in a friendly atmosphere. They're very knowledgeable and I know that some aspects of my therapy have come out of brainstorming sessions involving the whole staff. Initial Review: Absolute best PT experience I've ever had, and thanks to being clumsy and accident prone, I have a ton of experience in going to PT.

The therapists at PERfect FORMation are hands-on, giving truly individual attention. Dr. Corrine and her team  do an amazing job of helping patients feel progress right from the start in a welcoming and relaxing environment. Perfect Formation is fantastic!  Devon is wonderful and makes me feel as if I am her only patient.  The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and the exercises and therapies have really made a difference for me.
