Pilates is a low impact core strengthening exercise. The exercises focus on the core muscles and also include other muscles in an exercise. Pilates exercises help the individual identify the core muscles and understand how to use them with other exercises and with functional movements.

Once the patient has an understanding of the correct position and use of the core, the patient is challenged with additional muscle involvement through movement, balance and coordination.

Patient will receive therapeutic exercises through pilates based exercises.
