Each class is 50 minutes long and will be at the ability of the majority of the class students. Modification will be made to help all students. Please bring your own mat if you have one. Classes are first come basis and will be limited based on space available.

PERfect FORMation
Pilates is a low impact fitness activity. The exercises are focused on strengthening your core muscles. Stabilization in your core allows the body greater ability to move with ease. The goal of Pilates training is muscle control, muscle strength, balance, coordination, and increased flexibility. You will define muscles and create a toned body.
All exercises will performed on the floor. Students will be led through multiple movements to increase flexibility and core strength.
